New Living Space !!
A total renovation of their basement...1st we excavated around the exterior of the foundation and added retaining walls. We also added steps down to the bottom of the foundation. We then cut out 3 large windows into the foundation for egress safety and added a door to create a full walk out.

We added a Bathroom, a wet bar and 900 sq feet of living space. We changed the orientation of the stairway to the basement as well.
